1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") exclusively govern the sale of original artworks on the website 4kart.eu, operated by Véronique [SURNAME], an independent visual artist based in Luxembourg (hereinafter "the Artist").
Placing an order on this website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2. Products
The artworks offered are original, unique, signed creations. Each artwork is accompanied by a digital and physical certificate of authenticity.
Photographs of artworks are taken under the best possible conditions. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Such variations do not constitute a defect in conformity.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes.
VAT not applicable — Art. 294 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC.
The Artist benefits from the VAT small business exemption scheme.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your delivery address and are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
4. Order
An order becomes binding upon payment confirmation. The Artist reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of:
- an obvious pricing error on the website;
- an artwork already sold (unique stock).
An order confirmation e-mail is sent within minutes of payment, including a link to track your order.
5. Payment
Payment is made securely online via:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe;
- Online bank transfer through Mollie.
Payment data is encrypted and processed directly by the payment providers (Stripe Inc. / Mollie B.V.). No banking data is stored on our servers.
6. Delivery
Artworks are carefully packaged with appropriate materials (shock and moisture protection) and shipped within 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation.
A tracking number is sent to you by e-mail as soon as the order is dispatched.

These times are indicative only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. If damage is found upon receipt, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and artwork.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(b) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
For catalogue artworks (non-personalised), you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. To do so, contact us at [EMAIL] before the deadline expires.
The artwork must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned artwork, via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
8. Warranties
The Artist warrants that each artwork is an original creation and that she holds all intellectual property rights thereto. A certificate of authenticity is provided with each artwork.
9. Liability
The Artist shall not be held liable for damage resulting from inappropriate use of the artwork, delays attributable to the carrier, or force majeure events.
10. Intellectual Property
Purchasing an artwork does not transfer any reproduction or commercial exploitation rights. All copyright remains the exclusive property of Véronique [SURNAME].
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts shall be those of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
